Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours after your order confirmation for tracking information to appear.

Use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email and visit your carrier's tracking page directly:

Shipping Timelines

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship same day; orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends ship the next business day. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days once shipped.

Can't Find Your Tracking Email?

Check your spam or junk folder — our confirmation emails occasionally get filtered. If you still can't locate it after 24 hours of placing your order, contact us at support@magnoliarl.com with your order number and we'll send your tracking information right away.
