All orders are processed with care and shipped via UPS from within the United States. Please read our full policy below before placing your order.

Shipping

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same day; orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends ship the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States Only)

We currently ship within the United States only via UPS Ground. Estimated delivery is 1–5 business days depending on your location.

All orders ship at a flat rate of $19.95. Orders of $300 or more receive free shipping, applied automatically at checkout.

Packaging

All peptide products ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powders in sealed, nitrogen-purged vials inside discreet, unmarked packaging. Products are stable at ambient temperatures during transit.

Tracking

A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you don't see it within 24 hours of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

Due to the sensitive nature of research-grade compounds, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. All sales are final once a vial seal has been broken.

Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the original shipping cost. Items must be in original, undamaged packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@magnoliarl.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We will issue a replacement or full refund at our discretion, including return shipping where applicable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
